The initial visit will usually range from anywhere along 45 min to an hour.
Depending on the severity of the condition, each follow up visit can vary from 30-45 min. Each patient will present with different conditions therefore this will be contingent upon the doctors assessment.

 Please wear loose fitting clothes preferably gym clothes, and if the condition is a lower extremity issue bring shorts to have better access for treatment.

 Please ice down whichever area has been worked on; the soft tissue component has been recalibrated therefore muscle soreness will expected. It is imperative to place an ice pack for 15 minutes up to 3-4x a day.

 Each patient presents with a different condition, and will respond to each treatment differently than others. With this being said, upon evaluation on the first visit will allow the doctor to dictate whether or not a follow up visit will be needed. Rome was not built in a day, so everything we perform here at ASAP is a process.
